Shop Talk -- Local Meetings in Your Area

You are not alone!

While writing and illustrating for children's books is often a solitary art, many SCBWI members enjoy getting together with like-minded individuals. Shop Talk is where such meetings begin.

Whether you want to hear the latest "inside scoop" on editors or you just want talk to others who understand what you're going through, attend a "Shop Talk" session near you. Members and non-members alike are welcome and attendence is always free.

CAPITAL DISTRICT: Meet at the Guilderland Public Library, 6:30-8:45pm, typically on the last Monday of every month. Click here for more details.
